I live with my mum, my dad, my husband and my little daughter Maria Vittoria, in a villa in the real Tuscan countryside in Arezzo.
It is a large family home near the city center of Arezzo (10 minutes by car/bus)
Our villa is in a residential area, in a very quiet place
We have a large kitchen, 3 fire places, a big garden full of flowers and a very nice vegetable garden, as well.
The apartment we are offering is independent and it has a double bed room, private bathroom with a shower and a living room. Heating and WI-FI are included. It is suitable for 1 person, 2 people, a married couple with a child. A single bed can be added. A child under 10 does not pay.
We are offering at an additional cost Italian breakfast, traditional and Tuscan lunch and dinner. 1:1 or 2:1 Italian tuition, cookery classes, cultural excursions, wine tours and fitness training. Therefore, you will have a personal tutor who teaches you Italian Language and you will learn how to cook a traditional Tuscan dish. You will taste some fab Chianti wine , too.
You will live in a typical Italian family, sharing the same house and you will spend an unforgettable experience with us.

Tuscany ItalianHomestay is happy to include Italian breakfast, traditional Tuscan lunch and dinner, one to one or 2:1 Italian language lessons (10 hours a week), cultural and guided excursions, cookery lessons ( 1 a week), wine tours, fitness training and many other activities.

Our house is located near to the city center. You can reach it by car or by bus easily. The are 2 bus stops in front of the house.
The apartment is situated within the same house but it is independent. The village of Tregozzano is very nice, there is a cafè, and 4 shops.
Easy location for shorter or longer stay. Free car parking, as well

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
