Our family Consists of four people: Katia (43), Antonio (60), Julia (20) and Claudia (18).
We are very hospitable and quiet people, happy to know people from different places.
We live in a cozy house in a little town in the center of the Italy, one hour distant from Rome (you can reach Rome by bus, train or car), one hour distant from Naples and half an hour distant from Cassino.
We are very willing and happy to help and advise you on how to move and about Which nice nearby places you could visit!
For our guests there is a large bedroom with two beds and a large sofa and a large bathroom with shower.
Also our house has a large terrace and a garden on the ground floor.

About the Area
Our house is located near a larger city (Sora) and close to the bus stop and near a train station. From our house you can reach a supermarket and a post office by foot in few minutes. in front of the house there is a bank and a bar.
The house is 3 kilometers distant from a hospital. It's 3 kilometers distant from the beautiful Sora, a very nice city full of shops, parks and locals. It has a beautiful oldtown and it is the city where the famous Vittorio De Sica was born.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
