Tuff and brick building with pool view, 2 storeys. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen that stands out for the rustic / modern combination and the upstairs bedroom with full bathroom with all comforts and with hydromassage shower. You will be welcomed by a unique landscape and you will be immersed in the quietness our country has to offer you. The house overlooks the pool of our property that is strictly personal use and tenants who rent out at our facilities, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view and have a whirlpool. Camino is a small village with few inhabitants, immersed in the heart of the Monferrato. The fireplace is located in a strategic point and close to the centers of interest (which are so many) but far from the chaos and a place of peace where to enjoy their vacations.
You will have access to the entire property, 2 floors, and to the pool for your entire stay. You can have a bath, whirlpool and enjoy the sun lying on the sun lounger or under the umbrella, all surrounded by greenery and with breathtaking views. The pool is not private in the apartment and access is only available to guests of the various facilities and to us owners.
The village is quiet and located 25 km from Casale Monferrato and Vercelli. It is a strategic point to know the wonders of Monferrato.
Parking is very close to the hotel and the bus stop at 20 mt.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
- The rules of the house are those of common sense. The house will be given with certain comforts and certain items, we ask that we be left in the same way. The basic rule would be to treat the house "cun cugnisiun" to say it to Piemontese!
- Cleaning will be made before your arrival and after your arrival, but while, if you wish, you will be provided with everything you need to clean your home.
- Small animals are welcome, just do not get bored and they are not brought to the pool, sometimes the animals are unpredictable when they see the water!
- We ask you to pay with the deposit amount a deposit that will be fully refunded if, at the end of your stay, everything is in order.
- Check-in is from 12.00 to 15.00 and check-out is no later than 10.00. If you can not check in on time you can tell me.
- The pool is open from 11 am to 7 pm.00, the headset is not mandatory, but more or less the rules of public swimming pools. Even here, common sense has to accompany. The swimming pool will remain closed on August and July 23 and July 30.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
