We are a mid age couple who loves have fun and hosts lovely and honest guests to our house.
We have a large kitchen with a separate living room and a bathroom on the ground floor.
two large bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor.
there is a large terrace on the ground floor accessible from the kitchen and a huge, quite and private garden.
We have two bicycles which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.
Our large family house is located at 150metres from the beach which is very safe and it can be reach by foot or by bicycle . However if you need to reach the station or the airport we will be more than happy to provide the service.

just 5 minutes drive from Palermo International Airport and about 15min by train. easy and accessible to/from the highway which take to Palermo. 15 minutes drive from many turistic locations such as: Terrasini, the beautiful beach of Capaci, Cinisi and Palermo

House Rules
Please always remember to lock the main door house when you go out, close the windows and obviously the main gate too.
For any technical request (a/c, hot and/or cold water) ask me and I will be very happy to hel.
We do not accept any pet in the house but if you have any they can enjoy our lovely garden.
we do not smoke in the house
and we try to avoid noise after midnight. we will not accept any stranger during the night but if you want to invite a friend or two for an afternoon tea please agree that with us first.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
