The house is a dépendance of a flat where the host lives. Only the entrance is shared. It is located on the second floor of a late XIX cent bourgeois house . Two rooms: one large bedroom and one living room with a bed-sofa very comfortable and sturdy with two more places to sleep. This space is separated from a little kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Located in the city centre, but it is a very quiet flat. Well connected to the station and the airport by buses. Many amenities within walking distance: supermarkets, two gyms, the historical market and the main streets of the city (Via Etnea and Via Umberto), where you can find pubs, bars open 24/24, fish restaurants and many other nice places to eat. In Umberto square you will find the “chioschi”, a traditional meeting point to drink a fresh drink with friends. The Cathedral square is reachable with a 10 minutes’ walk.

About the Area
the house is right downtown. a 10-minute walk you can get anywhere. Very close to one of the traditional markets where you can buy fresh fish, vegetables etc. Via Umberto and Via Etnea are the ways of fashion stores.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
