This is a seaside villa located in Marina di Noto, located in an elevated area, three hundred meters from the beach of Lido di Noto. The house distributed only one floor, the interior of 100 square meters consists of large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, and two bathrooms and laundry. The rooms are fully furnished.
On three sides of the house there are three large verandas. The house is surrounded by a plot of about 600 square meters. Noto is located about four kilometers from the house. Within a radius of 10 kilometers the reserve of vendicari, Marzamemi, the bay of San Lorenzo can be reached. The city of Avola, equipped with commercial outlets, Lidl, Eurospin, Conad is located five kilometers from known marina. I will be present in the house to guarantee breakfast. Immediately after having prepared breakfast from 8.30 and until 15.00 I am at work. However, I will provide my telephone number for any requests they would like to display in my absence. I reserve the third bedroom with a single bed

About the Area
Our house is located 300 meters from the beach of Lido di Noto, in a quiet residential area, the house is elevated and airy equipped with air conditioning. In the square in front of the sea of Marina di Noto there are cafes, two restaurants on the sea, various gazebos used as bars on the beach. The Lido di Noto - Noto scheduled bus service is available every half hour

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
