We are located in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Morrovalle, a medieval village, close to public green areas.
The house is on the ground floor and consists of 3 bedrooms in 3 different styles, modern, ethnic and classic. All with private bathroom and shower.
The living area is available for those who want to relax in company or in front of the fireplace.
The kitchen with exclusive use for preparing breakfast.
In the summer, weather permitting, I served breakfast in the garden!

We are in a quite area near the public gardens, 5 minutes walking from the village.
Morrovalle is a medieval and scenic area.
The B&B is on ground level, with 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, in 3 different styles modern, ethnic, and a classic with rear and front garden access.
The front room and garden is a communal area with sofas and fire place, with a breakfast kitchen.
In the summer we serve breakfast in the garden !!

About the Area
It is located 10 minutes from the Civitanova Marche.Siamo outside the village of Morrovalle 5 minutes walk from the historic center in a quiet area next to the gardens pubblici.La and 'well served by bars, restaurants with local cuisine local tobacco shop, supermarket, newsagent, pharmacy, bakery, pizza, and ice cream parlors.
We are 15 minutes drive from the most 'famous outlet in the area.

House Rules
The Rules of the B & B:
The owners of the B & B "CARPE DIEM" happy to welcome, inform the following rules.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
all 'inside of the B & B but only in the outdoor areas
or you will be charged more for extra cleaning.
It is not allowed to bring other people in the house that are not those of the reservation of the room.
It is not allowed to bring or consume alcohol or drugs.
It is not allowed to consume meals inside the bedrooms.
It is not allowed to use the kitchen.
It is recommended to switch off lights, heating, air conditioning every time you leave the room;
Close windows systematically when heating or air conditioning is in use and maintain a reasonable temperature in the room.
Do not leave charger plugged in when not in use.
Not walk inside the b & b "wearing" outfits that may offend the decency of others.
Please kindly check, after using the bathroom that the water taps are properly closed (to avoid problems), do not throw in the toilet or in the sinks, nothing that can clog the pipes.
Departure time
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am the day of departure.

Any damage done to structures by the tourist, once found responsible, they must be compensated by the tourists themselves in agreement with the owner of the structure.
Maintenance and Cleaning
The room cleaning and sanitation is carried out every day (please arrange
their belongings in order to enable it); the sheets will be changed once a
week and still host to change; towels will be replaced every two / three days.
Pets
It 's possible to accommodate pets purche' ALWAYS accompany
ITS OWNERS; NOT 'ALLOWED TO LEAVE ANIMALS ALONE
INSIDE THE STRUCTURE.
Breakfast will be served from 08.30 to 10.00 unless otherwise agreed with the owners.
It requires respect for silence in the canonical hours (14:00 to 16:30 23:00 to 8:00 a.m.).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
