Clelia and John live in a big house in the country, in the province of Varese, called the Seven Lakes, because there really are seven lakes! And ... many popular legends are told about their shores ... The house, in a context of rural farmsteads, is on two floors, upstairs living them, the ground floor is completely dedicated to their guests who may have a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.All the rooms overlook the large garden with relaxation areas in the shade of fruit trees, or on the beautiful porch, and in the summer it's really nice to relax there, perhaps after a swim at the lake, the beach is a 10-minute feet! A nice indoor parking and a large garage for motorcycles and bicycles come in handy if you want to learn about the many mountain bike trails around the lakes or motorcycle up and down our hills! And if you have a four-legged friend bring it with you! A dedicated area with kennel and will be at his disposal. Clelia knows the area well and can suggest beautiful places and beautiful trails, provide maps and let you taste her jams! Free Internet in the whole house!

About the Area
The house is located in a small rural village ancient and quiet, well-known for its pumpkins, with an old wash house, traditional restaurants with dishes of fish from the lake, a small grocery store and two coffee bars. Typical cheeses from us, produced by two artisan dairies. The largest country close to us is sixth Kalends (7 km) and the city of Varese (20 km) with its historical monuments and the Sacred Mountain (a World Heritage Site). The Milan Malpensa Airport is 25 minutes from us and Milan, which is about 50 km away, is easily reached by train from the nearby station of Ternate or from Sesto Kalends. Since there are no links from Osmate to the train stations and the airport, we put ourselves willingly available for transport.

House Rules
Maintain the security of the home, taking care not to lose and do not pay the keys of the gate and the main door, you will be provided for not restrict your freedom of movement. Also important to close the shutters with safety because the ground floor has direct access to the garden. The fireplace and heating are preset, if you want to change the settings and just ask me and I'll do it gladly. Feel free to use the kitchen but leave it clean. If you want to invite a friend tell me in advance, are not welcome strangers. Throughout the house you can not smoke, but you can safely do so in the outdoor areas equipped. Feel free to use the television but moderates the volume if there are other people. I wish you a good stay and please treat our home as if it were your own.

C'est un endroit confortable (comme à la maison ou presque )et bien placé qui nous a permis de rayonner du lac Majeur au lac d'ORTA Incontournable il y a des lieux bénis des dieux même sous la pluie, Un bon plan allez en voiture à santa Catarina prendre le bateau à 9h40 puis faire isola Bella visiter le château et surtout le jardin,isola supérieur(manger chez Rondine puis isola Madre puis Stresa revenir dernier bateau à 17h35 pour Santa Catarina et tout cela sans voiture .
Nous avons pu remonter la rive ouest du lac Côme ,Un lieu merveilleux la Villa Balbianello , puis par Ferry visiter Bellagio ,sans visibilité c'est plutôt moyen .
et continuer en Suisse pour rentrer par le lac de Lugano et tout cela sous la pluie .
Clelia est une personne charmante,discrète elle parle français ,anglais et italien , elle nous a sauvé la mise pour notre retour nous avions oublié un sac avec nos papiers ,elle a été super réactive et grâce à elle nous n'avons pas raté l'avion ,bilan du voyage en Italie ,même sous la pluie l'Italie rayonne de bonheur .

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
