Modern apartment on the first floor of a new building complex at the entrance of Passignano. The apartment overlooks Lake Trasimeno is nestled in the quiet of the countryside can accommodate up to 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen and living room. The lake is easily accessible on foot. Double bedroom with private bathroom, bedroom with a square and a half and another smaller room with sofa bed, bathroom with spa bath, kitchen, dining area, living room with large comfortable sofa. Smart LCD TV and radio, Wi-Fi. The apartment has a terrace and the ground floor of a small fenced yard for the exclusive use of guests.
A short distance bar caffe ', bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets and the center of the country.
In winter they are not including expenses for heating.
On request it is available for guests a bicycle.

About the Area
The house is located in an area well served by transport ... the lake and the beach are within walking distance of the apartment was not far coffee 'bakeries and restaurants and the center of the country but at the same time in the quiet of e'immerso countryside . It is 30 km from the airport and 15 minutes from the motorway Florence (1 hour and 15 m by car) Rome (2 hour drive) and is on the border of Tuscany and the nearby Val d'Orcia.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
