The apartment is in the centre of the city, just a few steps from Duomo, Piazza Vittoria, Corso Cavour, and Strada Nuova. Everything is in walking distance and it only takes a few minutes to the closest supermarket, the bus stop, and the university. It's also about 5 minutes walk from the train station.
The room is perfect for couples or for single use. The room has a double bed, a big wardrobe, and a nightstand. I can provide an extra mattress if you're more than 2 people but only for short periods, so let me know!
It's a two bedroom apartment and the other room is already occupied. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared. All the cooking and dining equipment is available and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas stove, oven, toaster, water boiler, microwave, coffee machine (Lavazza and Nespresso), juicer, and so on. A washing machine is also available.
There is a fast internet connection (fiber) with wifi, 24h available hot water, and central-heating.

About the Area
Our house is located right in the city center of Pavia, just next to the Duomo. We are also very close to the station, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes away.
Pavia is a small town rich in history in the south of Milan, with about 100.000 inhabitants that are mostly students. The city hosts one of the oldest Universities in the world and also many other beautiful sights to visit including Certosa di Pavia, Ponte Coperto, San Michele Maggiore, and the medieval towers.

Soggiorno piacevole posizione centralissima anche se la casa è poco curata. Padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
