I live in this countryside house in the hearth of Maremma Tuscany area and i spend all my time here as i love the countryside life and the sourroundings only 20 minutes from te seasides.Me and my family moved here after having been tourists in Maremma Toscana and we just fell in love with this area;Borgofontelupo is a big countryside home with 6 apartaments for families and friends.These are the main distances by car :5 minutes from Ribolla village where you can finde everything for your stayng,20 minutes from the beaches of Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia,30 minutes from natural hot springs of Petriolo.Nearby there are tipical restaurants and middle age villages to visit.

About the Area
Borgo Fontelupo is situated in the splendid scenery of the Maremma Tuscany, made up of gentle hills, covered partly with vineyards and olive groves. From here it is possible to reach in about 20 minutes the coast with seaside resorts like Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala and Follonica.
Borgo Fontelupo is an antique farmhouse, once part of a small 16th century hamlet, probably built for the workers of the dam, whose remains are even today visible. Today, the "hamlet" has been restructured, obtaining 4 apartments for 2 up to 8 people and 2 double rooms with bathroom.
Borgofontelupo, recently renovated, consists of apartments and comfortable rooms with a bathroom and kitchen independent, where you can bring the intimacy of the home or with friends and family. All accommodations are equipped with bathroom with a shower, TV and refrigerator, and all are equipped with kitchens oven.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
