A house in the mountains where you can enjoy garden products; hiking but you can be in less than 30 minutes in town and enjoy all the amenities; shopping and culture, museums; theatre and cinema or alternatively in about 45/60 minutes you can enjoy the beauty of the lakes or rivers and many other attractions and have good food.
Restaurants are only ten minutes drive away; so are shops and drive another 10 minutes and you can have everything you need.
The house is cool in the summer and in winter is heated with a fire place and heaters.
A cosy place for any occasion if you appreciate the tranquillity.

About the Area
Our house is located about 3 KM from a small village where you find the church a beautiful small lake; grocery shop; too restaurants; the tobacco shop. There is a bus that takes you to Aldeno in 10/15 minutes where you find more shops; restaurants; butcher; flowers; the bank; the post office; it' a hiking area but in a very short time you can either cycle or walk or drive and whichever direction you take you will be surrounded by rivers; lakes and castles and more natural beauty.
In the summer you can swim and in the winter you can have fun skiing; ice skating and using a sledge or simply have nice long walks or enjoy a quiet day in front of the fire place

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
advise if you have small children; if you use the fireplace make sure ashes are removed and do not drop hot coals on the floor.
Please avoid loud music, not to disturb other neighbours or guests;
do not smoke in the house;
small pets only permitted if agreed in advance; the local authority requires an official disinfestation of the premises to avoid any contamination or infections to the guests and to the owner of the house.
You can use the garden premises and lounging chairs outside;
recycling is compulsory thus separation of glass, plastic, ,metal, organic etc is required
and containers are provided.
obviously you can smoke outside of the house just making sure that you don't start any fires

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
