Rome needs no introduction. Apartment in the center near the Manzoni metro in a 1920s building. High ceilings m3.7 completely renovated. The apartment consists of two bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room a well-equipped kitchen.
I almost always live alone at home, my daughter studies in Scotland. The bedroom has a double bed, the mezzanine used as a study, a sofa bed, a desk a wardrobe, TV, wifi. The bathroom for exclusive use in front of the bedroom.
There is also a piano in the house for any pianists!
The use of the kitchen is allowed only for breakfast and for guests who stay for at least 3 nights

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Graziella's homestay. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated with easy access to everything I needed.

Chambre très spacieuse, propre avec salle de bain privative face à la chambre.
Quartier calme, à 20/25 minutes à pied du Colisée, métro , bus et tramways tout proche.
Graziella est une hôte très sympathique, qui est toujours là pour toute demande et pour donner des conseils.
Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Grazziela fue una anfitriona espectacular, amable, atenta y agradable, si pudiera poner más estrellas lo haría.
El alojamiento es muy bueno, limpio, cómodo y acogedor, además de que está muy bien ubicado con bastantes opciones de transporte público.
Si estás considerando esta opción, no lo pienses más, no te vas a arrepentir.

A localização é incrivel tendo tanto transportes como lojas de conveniencia muito perto do alojamento e numa zona muito agradavel ! Se vierem a Roma recomendo o alojamento de Graziella a 100% não se vão arrepender.Host reply

Graziella è una signora davvero molto accogliente, disponibile e gentile. È cordiale e aperta al dialogo ma lascia totalmente lo spazio per un soggiorno in privacy. In casa c'è un cane ma è molto attenta a non farlo entrare in camera e in bagno (spazi di uso totalmente dell'ospite).
La casa è pulita, tenuta molto bene e si può utilizzare in completa autonomia la cucina.
La casa si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro Manzoni e a 15/20 min a piedi da Roma Termini ed è comodissima per i pullman.
Assolutamente consigliata!!!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
