Hi,
I am Luca,
I live in an exclusive building of class which is located in the centre of Sorrento;
found on the ground floor of a 16th century famous villa.
I was born in Sorrento, and I like to offer a different idea of tourism.
My idea of hospitality is to share some rooms of my Villa with guests.
The individually decorated rooms feature a flat-screen TV, minifridge, air conditioning, free wi-fi, parquet or marble floors. The private bathroom includes: shower, hairdryer and free courtesy toilet set.
Every morning, here I am to serve the breakfast; there is a buffet with sweet and savoury items(pastries,ham,cheese,butter,jam,fruit,tomatoes,yogurt,fresh italian bread,fruits,eggs,juices,cornflakes,milk,tea,coffee,)etc.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, free solarium and garden overlooking the main square.
In my accomodation, a guest will not ever be a "number";
The property is located a 5-minute walk from the Sorrento Train Station, where guests can catch trains to Naples,Pompeii, Herculaneum; and 10-minute walk from the Sorrento Harbour,where there the hydrofils to Capri and Amalfi coast.
I believe in the people and in the human relationship; so here each guest will be a person with his story, his soul, his own identity.
Behind each guest, I believe to find a new friend.
To try to reach this aim, there is my welcome dog "Pluto", a funny big boy who loves to stay with the people, and other family's people.
Here I am, and I will try to give the best advices to everybody.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
