The property has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms respectively for guests and hosts, living room and kitchen. Guarded private parking 24 hours a day. It is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden and is on a cliff overlooking the sea. The secluded beach below is accessed via a private stairway of one hundred steps carved into the rock. The beach is equipped with our umbrellas and sunbeds. The bedrooms have direct access to the garden and are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and a safe. The adjoining bathroom also has a garden view. The linen set consists of sheets, bathrobes, towels and beach towels in 100% pure cotton of excellent quality. As for personal hygiene products, guests are provided with a complete kit of dermo-cosmetic items suitable for the needs of all skin and hair types. The formula is all inclusive and includes breakfast, snacks and drinks on the beach, lunch, aperitif at sunset and dinner

payment method: please note that we require our guests to pay the total amount of the reservation 15 days before check-in by bank transfer or PayPal.
cancellation policy: we ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice of any cancellation. Subsequent to this, 50% of the total reservation will be refunded if before three days of check-in. otherwise 30% will be refunded
use of the facility by guests
only registered guests are allowed to use the areas pertaining to the structure. external guests are not allowed and the organization of parties or celebrations of any kind is not permitted.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
