We live in a big block of land surrounded by olive trees near the beach with the view of the Eolian islands. The apartment is located in Termevigliatore which is a coastal suburban area in the middle of the gulf facing the Aeolian islands. The second floor position and the close distance to the beach (800 metres) allow a nice view of the Aeolian Islands in front (reachable with 30 minutes speed boat or 45 minutes ferry trip). Driving approx 15 minutes west along the coast the beautiful hilltop Tindari church and the archeological site of Ancient Greek settlement overlooking Marinello beach, lagoon and salty lake. Milazzo town & Milazzo castle (which is open for public viewing and tours) and famous port on the right (about15 minute drive east along the coast). These are just a few of the many attractions and points of interest not to mention the numerous restaurants/eating places and/or scenic views which are available at every turn you take in this beautiful area. The actual building has recently been built and never been used for full time living due to owner living overseas. The apartment is fully furnished and measures at 85 sq. metres including a living attic. There is a master bed room with king size bed, a single bedroom with one single bed, two bathroom (1st with shower/bath/toilet & the 2nd with shower/laundry/toilet), open kitchen into living room, attic with single bed and medium double windows with views, balcony all around the house with a wider space near the kitchen side allowing for dining on the balcony. Other features including continuous hot water, built-in heating system and wood fire heater in the attic only, some very antique furniture throughout the house complimented with new pieces of furniture of classic style.

About the Area
Our home is located in the middle of a olive field that we own just 8 minutes walk from the beach. Beaches, archaeologic sites, thermal treatments, musical entertainments, food festival, markets and many other attractions are the features of this location.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
