Dear Guests,
Welcome to my home in Torino City! A quick 7-min metro ride to Porta Susa station, with various transport options to the city center. Bus stops abound, and the metro is just a 1-minute walk away.
I'm multilingual, fluent in Pushto, Urdu, English, and some Italian. As a senior software consultant, I occasionally rent my place (minimum two nights) during work-related travels.
Your stay promises a homely comfort. For safety, I'll need a copy of your documents. Check-in and check-out are flexible; keys can be arranged with a friend when I'm away.
I'm easygoing; communication is key! My home is strictly non-smoking. Feel free to use the kitchen or order food, but please maintain cleanliness and energy conservation.

About the Area
My apartment is located appx a minute walk from the metro stop. There are many food places nearby, including a local pasticceria just under my appartment and also a fruit shop. There is a barber right in front of the hospital and in the same street a carrefour and 200mt another super market. Hospital and healtcare stops are in very close proximity as well.
7 minutes by metro is Torino Porta Susa station
10 minutes walk and there is also a very big park: Parco Pellerina
2 minutes walk and there is Parco Tessoriera

Should you choose to stay with us, you will find a comfort of home. We are both friendly and very welcoming and simple people.
You come and go as you please. We will need to have copies of your identity documents for safety reasons
Check in is from 1:00 pm until 9pm .
Check out is 10 am ,7 days a week.
You may bring in your bags and walk across the city if you want shall you arrive before .
We are very flexible though, communication is everything!
Our entire home is NON SMOKING . And it's important you wear a mask when going to the toilet or common area.
We have a parking facility available for single car inside the gates. So you may easily roam around the town without worrying about parking as often parking are hard to find and quiet expensive.
You are always welcome to sit on the couch but the house is private, so other than this ,your bedroom and the common bathroom is all you will have access to, no access to any other spaces in the house
If you order any food, you may eat it in your room on the table and make sure to keep it clean. You may order food if you wish too.
Additional details :
1. If you want a home meal, we can cook authentic and real Italian food given Emanuela's excellent skills of Italian and international cuisines and mine in Pakistani food. But for this we will need information in advance.
2. If you request a dinner it will normally cost between €10 - €20 appx.
3. For breakfast we can recommend an excellent place nearby, but if you need at home, we can prepare a breakfast for you at an additional cost.
4. There is additional cleaning fees of €10
5. Parking charges are €5 per night
6. Kitchen is not accessible but if you need refrigerator we can keep your food/drinks in there to keep it cool.
7. There are two air-conditions in the house and one fan. If you request for the air-condition to be run , it will cost an extra of €10 (unfortunately the charges are high due huge rise in electric bills)
8. We also have one light road bicycle, if you wish to use, it will cost an additional €5.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
