80qm Cozy Flat for you near Lecco Lake and the mountains. Como, Milan, Bergamo, Monza can be easily reached starting from here. You have also the chance to walk around in the beautiful nature of Adda Park. Near us you can find the wonderful cycle path along ADDA River connecting you directly event to Milan! Lecco is 8 km from here: you can get there in 10 min by car or by bus. In our surrounding you find mountains and lake. You can enjoy spring/summer but also winter if you like wintersports! Train station is nearby ...5 min by car, with connections to the cities Milan, Bergamo, Lecco, Monza (practical also if you like F1) By Bike you can enjoy the beautiful cycling path to the main city. - *** BIKERS WELCOME*** "Moto Guzzi" Company is also not far away from us - FREE PARKING available in front of the house: You can see yr car from the window. Bus Stop on the corner! I will be happy to have you as guest.

pls close the doors and windows each time you leave the flat
Pls pay attention: Shutters have to stay fixed on the wall or to be closed.(do not leave them loose) No pets are allowed in the house.
Smoking in the flat is forbidden: you are allowed to smoke on the balkony
it is forbidden to bring strangers into the house and to organize parties
Make yourself comfortable, but respect the house. During your stay, treat the house as if it were your own.

Giulia is an amazing host, welcoming, friendly and helpful! I can only highly recommend you to stay at her place. It's not far from the lake and she will be more than happy to share with you some tips to discover the region.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Giulia’s place. She was an amazing host, very generous, picked from the train station, and even took me to do some local sightseeing and experience typical Italian meals! The location is very beautiful and convenient to get to Lecco and lake Como on the bus. The apartment is very clean and I was very comfortable!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
