The best thing in my house, in the countryside of Tuscany hills, is the tranquility, the landscape, the freedom and the wonderful walks Ideal place for nature lovers This is a first floor apartment (on the ground floor there are the cellars), composed of: living room / kitchen, dining room. three double bedrooms, one with double bed and bunk beds, one with double bed and single bed, another with a double and a single bedroom, a bathroom. The atmosphere is friendly and very comfortable. Guests have access to interior spaces and large outdoor spaces. Between Volterra and San Gimignano, the SP 68 to Km. 47.9. From the main road leads on a dirt road and continue for about two miles. The cottage is located in a scenic location on the beautiful Tuscan hills. Volterra is about 9 miles.

Feel free to use the kitchen, but leave clean. Keep home security using Had as gas and light. Do not invite people who do not know, if you get a friend you can ask in advance. Avoid loud noises after midnight. Guests need only to be polite and respectful. Smoking is not allowed.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
