Close walking and driving proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gas stations, business hotels, convenience stores, and nightlife. Knutsford Express down the road. A bus system that can take you to various locations across the island.
15 minutes walk to Bob Marley Museum, 13 minutes walk to Devon House.
A community park is a few steps across the street, great for jogging and hanging out and playing sports.
Surrounding locations include but are not limited to, TGIF, Japanese sushi restaurants, CPJ Market & Wine Bar, Shopping Malls, Devon House, Emancipation Park and cafes. Food delivery services are also available.
The strip on Knutsford Blvd has fast food options like Burger King, KFC, Island Grill as well as Tastees and Juici Beef where you can get authentic Jamaican beef, chicken or veggie patties. Walking & driving distance to Jerk Pits like Sweetwood and Pepperwood.

- Cigarette smokers will only be allowed to smoke outside in the garden. Please utilize the ashtrays and not the flower pots or dirt as cigarette butts can affect the plants and small animals as well.
- Please keep your areas tidy.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property, however we do allow our guests to have visitors if it is communicated with us beforehand. Your visitors may also be required to provide identification.
- Parking available: If driving or planning to, please communicate this upon booking. There is one way in and out of the driveway and my car is also there so we will need to maneuver around each others times. We do not allow parking on the street at night.

Cash payment on arrival. We accept usd and jmd currency. ATM's are close by.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
