Welcome to our one-third acre property with lots of fruit trees, large collection of orchids and bromeliads . We have two semi-detached cozy fully equipped apartments ready to welcome you. Our home is just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bar, churches, gas station, ATM, supermarket, pharmacies, Northern Caribbean University, local market, and town centre. We can arrange private taxi or charter transportation.
Breakfast is served under the lychee tree, in the back patio or in the garden. There are dining and lounge spaces in the garden for meals, grilling or just lazing away in the futon or the hammocks enjoying the lovely tropical weather. Wake up to the humming and knocking birds along with the sweet scents of the trumpet flowers and orchids in bloom. Feel free to enjoy our oranges, grapefruit, breadfruit, mangos, lychee, guava, avocado pears, lemons, limes, bananas, wild raspberry, variety of mints and herbs.
All windows are screened for insects and equipped with digital door locks. Codes are given before arrival. Entire property has WiFi and electronic panic & medical emergency response.

We speak English. Parking is available. We can arrange tours for coffee farm, Appleton Rum plantation, Pickapeppa Factory, historical sites, YS Falls, Milk River Spa, community tourism I.e. watching bammy making and tasting, tasting local foods, local crafts or going on a hike with us to look for local orchids, and manatees feeding. Our housekeeper, Sharon, is also available to help with your meals, housekeeping, laundry, etc.

About the Area
Our house is 4 minutes drive from the town centre and Northern Caribbean University. You can hail a taxi at our gate or walk 10 minutes to the town centre, bus park. Knutsford Express luxury bus service which takes you across the island to most major towns is 5 minutes drive away.
We are 1 hour and 40 minutes from Norman Manley International Airport and 2 hours from Sangsters International Airport. We are also close to lots of historical sites, Alligator Pond, Treasure Beach, plantation tours, coffee tours, Appleton Rum Tour, Milk River Spa, YS Falls, hiking in the mountains and of course, the beach.

House Rules
Please enjoy our home and treat it just as yours. We live In a very quiet neighborhood so please keep noise to a minimum. No smoking allowed inside but you are free to smoke in the designated smoking areas. Guests are allowed up to 11pm - overnight guest charge US$25 per guest. For extra security, please keep gate closed. Hawkeye Security panic response and medical emergency buttons are installed. Security patrol at nights. Towels are exchanged every 3 days

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
