I'm a single male living in a 2.5 bedroom, upstairs a two floor house.
Located in the Lush hills of Pitfour, Montego Bay, Jamaica. I'm 13 minutes drive from the sky blue Caribbean sea, bordered with fine white sand.
My colorful kitchen is open to its dining and living space. The half room is separated by thick curtain drapes. Unlocking the doors to the guestroom your immediately surrounded by walls of art. Comes with a closet and the bathroom also comes with hot water. My back yard is open to multiple fruit trees Herbs and spices at your disposal. The community don't have allot of people walking around but all are friendly easy going neighbors.
Transportation can be available upon request or the local taxis are no problem to get. Restaurant is within the community or the city is 12 minutes drive to the famous Pier 1 Restaurant.

About the Area
My house is located in the hills of 319 Poincianna drive, Pitfour, Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica. I am 13 minutes from the city of Montego Bay. From the airport I am 16 - 20 minutes drive. Taxi runs from the community to the city 24 hrs everyday and also from the city to the airport 24 hrs a day. I am surrounded by mountains so the area is not so hot all the time but the sun is great. I'm not sure of the population but it's definitely over a 1,000 residence.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Where do i even start... Recardo is one amazing host, almost as if I was visiting family. Very spacious clean home and a super comfortable bed. Recardo is very down to earth and will more than go out of his way to help out with anything. Nice and peaceful environment, shared some great conversations.
Travel is dependant, local taxis are right around the corner and very frequent... Roughly 10mins to the city centre.
As a lone female traveler on this occasion, I felt completely safe within the grounds and the area..
Friendly neighbourhood, Wifi is superb.. Was able to watch Internet TV uninterrupted.
Would recommend to family and friends and would be more than happy to stay here again for future visits.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
