I AM MARRIED TO CARL . OUR SPRAWLING OPEN CONCEPT LIVING, THREE BEDROOM (TWO BEDROOMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR HOMESTAY NOW) COUNTRY STYLE HOME, IS LOCATED IN THE RURAL AREA ON THE SOUTH COAST OF JAMAICA. IT IS IN THE SOUTH FIELD AREA IN THE PARISH OF ST. ELIZABETH. THERE IS VERY EASY ACCESS TO ALL AMENITIES AND IT'S SEVERAL RELAXATION AREAS. THE TEMPERATURE VARIES FROM 60 TO 90 DEGREES. THERE ARE OVERHEAD FANS THAT ARE RARELY USED AS THERE IS ALWAYS A BREEZE, A MIX OF THE MOUNTAIN AND THE SEA BREEZE. IT HAS A SPECTACULAR VIEW FROM EVERY ANGLE. IT OVERLOOKS THE CARIBBEAN SEA, THE PEDRO PLAINS, THE RESORT AREA OF TREASURE BEACH, (THE HOME OF COMMUNITY TOURISM), THE GREAT PEDRO BLUFF AND LOOKS UP ON PLATEAUS OF THE SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAIN RANGE
IT IS 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES FROM EITHER OF THE TWO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS. IT IS SURROUNDED BY SECURITY CAMERAS THAT WE MONITOR FROM OUR CELL PHONES. IT IS A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD TO WALK AND EXPERIENCE THE LOCAL VEGETABLE AND SMALL LIVESTOCK FARMERS IMPLEMENT THEIR RARE MULCHING TECHNIQUES, PRODUCING THE GREATEST SUPPLY OF VEGETABLES AND SPICES FOR LOCAL, EXPORTS AND PROCESSING, KIDS WALKING TO THE LOCAL SCHOOLS. THERE ARE FOUR HIGH SCHOOLS AND ONE TERRITORY INSTITUTION IN CLOSE PROXIMITY. THE LOCAL BEACHES ARE WITHIN A 20 MINUTES DRIVE AWAY AND SO ARE LOCAL RESTAURANTS. PLACES OF INTEREST ARE: LOVERS LEAP, YS FALLS, BAMBOO AVENUE, RAFTING ON THE BLACK RIVER, TRIP BY BOAT TO SEE THE DOLPHINS AND DINE AT PELICAN GRILL., THE BLACK RIVER TOUR, AMONG OTHER ATTRACTIONS. THE PICTURES WILL EXPLAIN THE HOUSE. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE AND CARE MUST BE TAKEN IN USING WATER AS THIS ARE SOMETIMES HAS LIMITED RAINFALL WHICH AFFECTS OUR WATER LEVEL. CARL LOVES TABLE GAMES, WE BOTH ENJOY CREATING CRAFT ITEMS AND ENJOY WALKING ON THE BEACH MOST MORNINGS. WE ALSO VOLUNTEER IN LOCAL CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.

About the Area
We are located about 6 minutes from the nearest town. there are local taxis available but we would ensure that specific taxis to transport our guests. The nearest public hospital is 30 minutes away, but there are local Doctors practices within a 20 minutes radius that offer emergency services for reasonable charges. Basic items can be delivered to the house. more luxurious purchases are obtainable by arranged transportation 10 -20 minutes away.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
