浜松市の過疎地域に夫婦と娘１人(2021年生まれ) の家族3人で築60年の古民家に住んでいます。ここには2023年4月に引っ越してきました。緑豊かで、静かな場所です。近所に交番もあり安全です。自然豊かな地域に住んでいるため、時には虫たちに出会うこともあるかもしれません。
街で暮らしてきた私たちでしたが、運よく田舎に引越してきました。娘の成長を見守りながら、様々な知識や技術を勉強する日々を送っています。
最初のメッセージに簡単な自己紹介をいただければ幸いです。十分な情報がない場合は、ご予約を承ることができません。食事の希望の有無、チェックイン日とチェックアウト日のおおよその時間も知らせてください。また、予約を確定する前に、メールアドレス、プロフィール写真をHomestay.comページにアップロードする必要があります。
アクセスについて
わたしたちの地域は、高速道路から近く、鉄道の駅からは車で約30分かかります。鉄道で来られる場合は初日に送迎します。買い物には、国際免許があり、保険や法律が許す場合、車を貸せることもあります。
英語について
私たちは英語はなんとかコミュニケーションがとれる程度ですが、伝える熱意はあります。ボディランゲージや翻訳を使ってカバーしつつ、ぜひ学び合いましょう。
食事については有料で対応させていただきます。
主催者のスケジュールに合わせて、1日体験（有料）として、アウトドアアクティビティ、地元の神社やお寺、浜名湖観光、富士山観光 などをご用意しております。

About the Area
わたしたちの地域は、高速道路から近く、いなさインターから6分の位置にあります。
JR浜松駅までは車で1時間程度かかります。
公共交通はあまり発達しておらず、関東地方（東京エリア）から最寄りの鉄道の駅からは車で約35分かかります。関西地方（京都、大阪、名古屋エリア）からくる場合の最寄りの鉄道の駅からは車で15分かかります。
鉄道で来られる場合は初日と最終日は最寄り駅まで送迎します。

Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
