I and my girls are basically not at home during the daytime (9-17) on weekday.
Therefore we'd like to accept a guest similar routine as us.
And we try to save energy bill as much as we can.
So we need your gentlemanly cooperation.
For example, when you out the room turn the lights off, when air conditioner is working shut the door and window.
We'd like you to buy and manage your consumables stuff like, shampoo, soap, towels and seasoning when you cook basically.
Smoking is not allowed.
It was my first time in Japan and the decision to go to Sachi's house was the best thing I could have done. She's kind, funny and she speaks english very well. She helps you in everything you need and she will be more than a host, she will be your friend. I was very happy because Sachi and her girls made me feel at home. Everyday was amazing, they tought me lots of things and you will able to learn more about Japanese everyday life. The two girls also will help you and they will be like your little sisters, you could not avoid to love them. I warmly recomend Sachi as host, you will not regret it, it will be difficult for you to leave at the end. I can just thank them a lot for being so kind to me, I will never forget them.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
