Hey my name is Joseph, it's nice to meet you!
I was born and raised in New York City, but I felt an impulse to move to Japan so that's what I did and so far it's been the best decision I have made.
I love singing so I go to karaoke a lot and I also love fashion
Im young so you can feel at ease with the formalities, I want to feel more like a friend
Also if you tell me what kind of things you like and what you plan on doing I can give recommendations or even create a little itinerary
Also if you want I'm more than happy to go out with you for a fun day, there is so much I would like to show you. I want you to have the best time while you're in Japan!
I live in a city of Kawaguchi and there is much to do here, but it's a calm neighborhood compared to Tokyo. Only 25 minutes on train to Tokyo!
There are 2 big malls near place of stay with big arcades (game center), Krispy creme and more!

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am

Was a tinge far from warabi station, but Joseph more than made up for it. Joseph is a host who is considerate and sensitive to your needs, who would join you or leave you alone, depending on what you want to do. I also liked the quaint town vibes of Warabi which I find very authentic of a middle class area. A contrast from the more "perfect" vibes from downtown Tokyo.

It was a fun albeit short time I had at warabi and with Joseph.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
