Welcome to Pham House! I am Vietnamese, having been living in Tokyo for nearly 13 years. I love traveling, cooking, enjoy sharing my home,my culture, also I enjoy learning new cultures. I am happy to share my experience about everything related to Japan such as school, job, travel, culture as well as Vietnamese if you are interested. Beside Vietnamese as my mother language, I can fluently speak Japanese as near native speaker, good English and Korean abit.
My house is newly built, located in residental area, near-by supermarket, drug store, gym center, dentist, one-coin shop, 3-min-walk bus stop, etc..

ROOM 1: 8m2, one single bed with desk and chair for study, closet.
ROOM 2: 9m2, rooftop room with balcony, closet, big window, table, mattress
ROOM 3: 12m2, double-size bed with set of table and 2 chairs

My house is located on the West side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb, 3-min-walk to supermarket, drug store, gym center, dentist, one-coin shop, 4-min-walk bus stop.
Nearest station:
1. Hitotsubashigakuen Station (Seibu line): 12-min-walk
2. Kokubunji station (JR Chuo line) 6 min took by bus or 24 min on foot, or 10-min by bicycle. From there, access to Shinjuku Station in 18-25mins, Kichijoji 10 mins, Tachikawa 6 mins, Tokyo station 35-40 mins, Shibuya station 35 mins
Bike-accessible university: Hiyotsubashi University, Kodaira International campus (500m), Tsudajuku University (1.4km), Gakugei University (1.8km),

Chi was such a lovely host. She was so welcoming and made me feel at home when I arrived in Japan. I really enjoyed chatting with her and learning some Japanese from her. I also had fun meeting the other people renting rooms in the house. I will definitely come back at some point in the future :).

Chi is super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast she makes are very delicious and diverse. Chi also gives out great recommendations for places to visit.
Would definitely stay there again!

Chi was a kind and generous host. She was always very welcoming and interested in helping us to Japan and her home. She made delicious meals every night and was able to help a lot with my Japanese learning and understanding how different things worked in Japan. I cannot recommend staying with Chi more as I had an absolutely fabulous time, and loved getting to know her and other boarders as well.

I loved my stay at this homestay!! Chi was so nice and a very great host. The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. Also there is a grocery very close which was so convenient. I’d love to come back here. Thank you for everything Chi :)

Staying at Chi's place was really nice and much more than we expected. Chi gave us some great pieces of advice regarding places to visit. We could always rely on her in case we had any problem. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay in chi San's house, the premises are very clean. chi-san is always smiling and kind, i was entitled to a breakfast made by her every morning, the house is pleasantly quiet, i felt at ease throughout my stay, she often helped me with my learning of japanese.
I never regretted choosing her accommodation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
