I live in a 4 bedroom house with my wife Kumi. I have lived in this house for over 20 years. There is a lovely and safe neiborhood with quiet areas to stay and relax.
I serve a Continental breakfast daily. We have a dog, he likes to stay indoors and goes outdoors when he wants to. He's really friendly. The room has 2 brand new single beds, wood floors, and a piano. We have fast WiFi as well. The train station is 2 minutes away. This line goes from here to Fukuoka, Tenjin, Dazaifu, Kurume and Oomuta or in the other direction, to Amagi. Connections can be made to Nishitetsu bus lines. Highway is 10min. We enjoy hosting our guests and look forward to meeting you.
Washing machine use is permitted,free of charge, wash and dry.
$50 cleaning fee (per month) for stays over 2 weeks. $25 if less than 2 weeks.
Smoking is not allowed in home, but outside is OK.

About the Area
The house is located in middle of Kyusyu. Very convinient to go to Beppu, Fukuoka, Nagasaki and everywhere. This is a quiet and safe suburb residential neighborhood with no apartments, condominiums or townhouse just single level homes thats is close to Highway and Train.
Walking distance to Drag store, convinience store, post office, train station and hospital.
Use the Nishitetsu train for Fukuoka is 30min and Kurume is 10min. Fukuoka airport is 40 mins drive.

Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Also, please check the sliding glass door in room to make certain it is also locked.

Playing a piano and other instrumentals is till 9 o'clock.
Please do not make loud noise and music in night time.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
