Hello, I'm 25 years old girl. I'm looking for a girl who is serious about language exchange. I offer you cheap rent room and I will teach you japanese. Instead, please teach me English so I'm looking for a person who can speak English fruently. We will concentrate on studying so if you're looking for something like confortable stay or nice experience woth hosts, just close my page. I can't take you something nice place.
i'm out for a while so I will accept from May 2020. until then we can practice our languages and it will be a good way to know each other before staying.
I live with my mom in rural of fukuoka prefecture (close to Kurume and Yanagawa. 1 mins walk to Omizo station and you can go to Fukuoka/tenjin by train for an hour)
I like arts, music, manga, fashion(like kimono, I have many kimono and I can teach you how to wear), other culture and launguages. If you are looking for a cheap place or want to learn japanese my place would be good for you.
If you need a help look for a job or anything during the stay I'll help you, so don't hesitate to ask me.
I exclude meals to make your stay at cheaper price. If you want to share foods, we cook together and share the price.

About the Area
Our house is located in Oki-machi in Fukuoka prefecture. 1 minute walk to Omizo station(Nishitetsu line). Here’s rural and it doesn’t have interesting places but you can go to Kurume(26 mins), Yanagawa(18mins) and Fukuoka/Tenji(1h10) by train. Fukuoka food is delicious and cheaper. The neighbor city is famous for sake. It has sake festival once or twice a year.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
