House Rules
- The living room, kitchen, and a toilet are located on the 1st floor. These are shared spaces. The toilet on the ground floor is for guests only.
- The shower room is on the ground floor. This is also a shared space. If there is a specific time you would like to use it, please let us know in advance.
- Smoking inside the house is not permitted.
- The refrigerator is also shared. The top shelf of the refrigerator is reserved for guests, so please keep your food there. If you place it in a different section, there is a chance that others might mistake it for a family member's food and consume it.
- Please turn off the electricity when not in use.
- When leaving the house, please lock the door.
- When not using the toilet, please close the door.
- When you want to bring a friend to your room, it is mandatory to contact the host in advance and invite them only with the host's consent.

Hide was a great host, very clean apartment in a great area and he helped with any question I needed!

Great quiet location that's close to the station and also close to central Osaka (10 minutes train ride away).
There's a super market only 3 minutes walk away, an remedial massage clinic across the house and a lovely okonomiyaki restaurant a block away. The house is quite nice with a good amount of facilities.
The owner is really nice and willing to help with what he can despite the short responses.
Would definitely stay again!

I had a great experience staying with Hide in Osaka. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and a short train ride from the major parts of the city. As a founder, Hide shared valuable insights about his journey, and I felt inspired by his passion.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
