My name is Soojae, and I'm originally from Seoul, South Korea. I've been living in Japan for 10 years now.

1.One station away from Shinjuku Station, making it super convenient for exploring Tokyo.

2.Direct bus from a stop near my house to Shibuya Station

3.I provide amenities such as a hair dryer, iron, and hair clips to make your stay comfortable.

4.Entertainment options include Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a PS4.

5.A rental bicycle is available for ¥1,000, perfect for local sightseeing.

Please note that Room 1 also serves as a living area, so there might be occasions when I need to use it in the mornings.

A portion of the payment is made online now, and the remaining balance is to be paid directly to me in cash upon your arrival.

I can offer support in Korean, Japanese, and a bit of English.

The flat is comfortable and very well situated, the neighborhood is amazing and Soojae is a wonderful and incredibly kind person. I enjoyed a lot while I was here, I would come back without hesitation.

Soojae is a very kind, thoughtful, quite and intelligent individual. He was helpful in every circumstance.
The room was perfect for one person. Comfortable and warm. Even though you share the apartment with Soojae, I‘ve never felt disturbed or bothered by him. He always made sure, I had my privacy. The neighbourhood is very local, which I love.
I even got the chance to spend a wonderful daytrip hiking with him, it will be a long lasting memory!

It was amazing staying at Soojae's house for a week. He is super friendly and always made sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. His house is very clean and organised and was super convenience because it was so close to both Shibuya and Shinjuku. I would love to stay again next time I'm in Tokyo!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
