When visiting Tokyo I highly recommend staying in Sumida-Ku. It really is the best place to get a real flavour of true Sumida-ku life. I enjoy car and science and will be more than happy to give you some tips to enjoy your trip in Tokyo. I have 1 Single available with Mirror, Air Conditioningand Hair-dryer.
Yumi is 44. She speaks English and Japanese and enjoys watching movies, music, festivals, learning foreign languages, travel, television and scrapbooking.
Yosuke is 45 and enjoys sports(golf and snowbord), watching movies, music, festivals, reading, socialising, travel, television, car and science.
He speaks Japanese
We have daughter(8years old) and cat living at home

There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations.

everything was great, Yumi is super nice and friendly, her daughter is very cute and lovable, the house, the room, and the food was all very awesome. It's also a very nice neighbourhood in a very convenient location.

Yumi, Yosuke and their lovely child was the best what could happen to me in Tokyo. I really felt like home! Yumi cooked great food, showed me the Fuji and was a great help and so nice to me. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely come back and recommend to stay there. The house is really close to the subway.

everything was just great. really nice family, cute little house. yumis cooking is great too! the underground station is very close to the house! i loved my stay there with them!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
