Nice to meet you!
I am Japanese Citizen, speak Japanese, English, Hindi, Bengali. I have own single house close to Shibuya and Yokohama Station (within 30 minutes train journey). There are lots of natures nearby my house also Kodomonokuni big park is 2.5km from my house. There are lots of restaurants, convenient stores, drug stores within 300m from my house. Also, I have 8 seater Nissan Elgrand car if you want to go for sightseeing near Mt. Fuji, Nagano, Izu, Nikko I can arrange private tour.
Also, house is available at my single house, fully furnished(no smoking house). The house is 7 minutes walk to Yamate station and 12 minutes to walk to Ishikawacho station.
7 minutes to Sakuragicho, Minatomirai station.
10 minutes to Yokohama.
30 minuets to Shinagawa station .
35 minutes to Futakotamagawa station.
36 minutes to Shibuya by train.
Lots of sightseeing places nearby.
Motomachi shopping street 6 minutes walk.
Chinatown 10 minutes walk.
Yamashita park and Gandom Factory 15 minutes walk.
Yokohama red brick house, Yokohama stadiums tulip garden 18 minutes walk.
Minatomirai area 20 minutes walk.
Supermarket, convenient shop, drugstore are within 300m.

My house is 1 hour train journey from Haneda Airport and almost 2 hours from Narita Airport by train. Shibuya and Yokohama Station, Minatomirai within 30 minutes train journey also Kamakura, Enoshima beachs are within 1 hour train journey. There are lots of natures nearby my house also Kodomonokuni big park is 2.5km from my house. There are lots of restaurants, convenient stores, drug stores within 300m from my house.

I stayed at Ananda's place for more than a month, and I highly recommend this place.
Ananda is a very kind and polite person who cares about his guests, but also respects their privacy. Any time I had a question or some kind of request, he always helped me with them. And the fact he speaks English greatly helps for foreigners like me, who only recently started learning Japanese.
I stayed at the small room, but it was very cozy, there was a new bed with clean and comfortable mattress and futons, new room heater, etc. And the house itself has everything you may need: washing machine, fridge, microwave, iron for clothes, etc. which you may use anytime of course.
The place itself is wonderful, there are a lot of parks and interesting places to visit, and very cheap and tasty food too.I can only highly recommend this place for staying, and not only for a vacation but for a long-term stay too.

I liked my stay in Ananda House.
He is really helpful, good with communication and understanding, always ready to help with any query.
Everything in the place was in good condition. Room were spacious, comfortable bed with a study table and racks.
Bathroom and toilet were fully automated.
Lastly, I want to say that the house felt like home.I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to live in a homestay.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
