The modern apartment building is perfectly located in close proximity to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers and various social amenities. The sandy beach of Nyali is about 10 minutes away.
The modernly furnished room on the third floor has a comfortable king-size double bed with a spring mattress. A large sliding door with electric blinds/roller shutters and fly screen gauze leads to the balcony with a small raffia table and two chairs. The amenities also include a ceiling fan with remote control, smart TV with Netflix, WIFI, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, bed linen, tea, coffee and mineral water. A private, spacious bathroom in the room has a multifunctional shower with cold and warm/hot fresh water, toilet with integrated bidet, towels and sanitary items.
If you wish, you can spend your free time at the swimming pool with sun loungers, in the fitness room, the sauna, a Turkish steam bath, or with a game of table tennis.
I live with you in this large apartment. I'm mostly at home because my office where I work is also in the apartment. You are welcome to invite friends, but please let me know in advance.
Security is important - The entire property is monitored 24/7 by a security service and CCTV. Furthermore, a backup generator ensures possible power outages and a speed elevator ensures a pleasant stay. A private parking space is reserved for your vehicle in the underground car park.
In addition to organizing excursions and activities, you can request the following:
Laundry service (washing and ironing) = $15 per wash
Train or airport transfers = $30 per trip
Breakfast (African tea or coffee, toast, eggs, bacon or sausage, jam, and fresh seasonal fruits) = USD 10 per day - single person and USD 15 per day for two people

About the Area
Nyali - the posh suburb of Mombasa is located on the northern mainland and is connected to the island and port city of Mombasa by the New Nyali Bridge. Nyali has developed into a very western residential area with supermarkets, shopping malls, cinemas, banks, schools and all other amenities and is known for its many first-class hotels and residential buildings, its modern standards and its long white sandy beaches, making it a popular one tourist destination for local and foreign tourists. There are a number of attractions in Nyali, including the Mamba Village - the largest crocodile farm in Africa, the Nyali Golf Club or the famous Haller Park. Nyali Beach has a stretch of crystal white sand, perfect for relaxing on the beach before or after a Kenyan wildlife safari, which we can also organize and run for you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
