My home is located in a very serene and quiet environment with a feel of fresh air in the environment. It is also in one of the upcoming neighborhoods in Nairobi. It is near a shopping mall where you can do all your international banking like Forex, ATM, shopping in a modern mall where you will find most international products. There is a gym in the neighborhood within 5-7 minute walking distance, also a swimming pool in one of my neighbors homes that is accessible with a booking. It has a club house where you can throw a party. The road access to my house is a tarmacked road.
About me: I have lived in the U.S.A. for 25 years. I went there when I was 18 years old. I went to school, worked in high profile jobs, and ran a few businesses. I was even a foster parent who raised many kids for the state. I can cook most American meals from scratch. I look forward to meeting you.

About the Area
My house is 3 km to Mombasa Road where there are many buses, shuttles going to Nairobi. There is a modern railway station just 1 km from the junction at Mombasa Road. It is approximately 5 km to a major shopping mall with modern supermarket, restaurants, beauty shops, liquor store, bakery, banks, Forex, etc. It is approximately 8 Kms to the airport. The Nairobi National Park is located across Mombasa Road but the entrance is further down, almost 8 kms from my house.
There is a gym in my neighborhood in a walking distance of 800 meters, also a shopping center with many amenities like restaurants, bakery, dry cleaner, churches, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a government approved and regulated 24 hours hospital within 1 km from my house, a police post is also nearby.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
You can smoke outside. I will take you to the grocery store to purchase what you would like to eat. This is because providing meals is a challenge due to people's different meal preferences which I'm unable to control. There is a maid in the house who cooks and cleans. She may not know how to cook your meals, but if you show her she will assist you. The maid will clean your room and wash your clothes for $2.00 a day and also help you cook your meals. That is because she was hired only to cook and clean for one person. Extra guests will mean she will ask me for more money.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
