Respect and Consideration: We value mutual respect and consideration for all guests and members of our family. Please treat our home and other guests with respect, keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
Visitors: Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors during your stay. For security and privacy reasons, only registered guests are allowed inside the premises.
Cleanliness: We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness during your stay. Kindly clean up after yourself in shared spaces and leave them in the same condition as you found them. Also, remove your shoes at the door and place them on the shoe rack since the whole house is carpeted.
Kitchen Use: We request that you clean up after yourself and return all utensils, cookware, and appliances to their original places.
Safety and Security: The safety and security of our guests are of utmost importance. Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the premises. We also recommend keeping your valuable belongings secure and not leaving them unattended.
Damages and Breakages: Any damages or breakages caused by guests should be reported immediately. We may request reimbursement for any significant damage to our property or belongings.
Check-in and Check-out: We will coordinate the check-in and check-out process with you to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Communication: We are here to assist you and make your stay enjoyable. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please don't hesitate to communicate with us. We are happy to provide information, recommendations, or any other assistance you may need.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
