"Ny Andrin'ny Soa" is a charming guest house located at the gateway to the city of Antananarivo.
The residence has a main building and an annex building. Two spacious superior rooms of 20m2 each, combining the discreet charm of white with the comfort of warm colors are for travelers.
Each room has a king-size bed of 200cm x 180cm and can be converted into two single beds, a flat screen with international channels, a small desk, a wardrobe, a luggage rack, an individual safe and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer and separate toilet.
The two bedrooms open onto a common room with a small sitting area, an office, a dining room, a kitchenette and a balcony opening onto the garden.
The set offers a harmonious blend of noble and contemporary materials. An atmosphere of well-being emanates from the house and enchants visitors, offering beautiful views of the garden and pool.
During the winter, the pool is heated and our relaxing massage will bring you unparalleled well-being. To follow your good practice, a fitness room is also at your disposal.
We also offer a table d'hôtes with a diversified cuisine and revisited. My husband is in the kitchen. A light breakfast can be taken at the poolside terrace during good weather or in the common room.
Many activities and excursions can be undertaken during the day. We are at your disposal for any advice and invite you to enjoy our residence. A car rental and a shuttle are available for your transfer. We will tell you soon!

About the Area
Our guest house is located north of the bustling city of Antananarivo in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are only 09km from the city center and one hour from the airport. At 14km from us is the Ambohimanga Palace declared heritage of Unesco.
At the entrance of our house is the bus stop that goes directly to the center and an Italian pizzeria.

House Rules
The arrival times of our travelers require us to ask you to vacate the room before 11am the day of your departure. Any room occupied after 11am will be charged for the price of half a day.
Invoices can be paid in foreign currency or in Ariary, the local currency, depending on the rate of the day.
We do not accept any form of prostitution.
We welcome you and we will do our best to make your stay enjoyable.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
