Hi Dear,
Welcome You to Kota Kinabalu,Sabah.I am James lai tze jeng,38year old,I am your host and you can call me James Bond. Our family member hope we may have a good relationship with you from the time being soon.
There are five of us in the family. My pretty wife Angel hii whose is 35 years old , My beauty daughter Dayna Lai Yan Ting is 7 years old and my handsome son Ranen Lai Sun Jie is 5 years old and another newborn baby boy will deliver on November 2019.
I am a hardware operator which run and operate my own business with my wife and my fellow staff.
MY hobbies are some: playing drum,guitar ,singing and watch movie and etc. While my pretty wife Angel Hii is a health conscious person and love to cook healthy food at home but for sure we may
have sometime bring our kid hanging outside to have good food as well.
My beauty daughter Dayna Lai currently was study at primary one and she like to spare her time to practice her piano at home after come back from tuition centre. In between she has join other activities like ballet class and dancing practice during her school time. She is entertaining to be with anyone and my handsome son Ranen lai currently study at kindergarten school , as usual kid he like to explore and very talkative boy and we hope they both can gain and explore some culture from your side as well and between it is a good moment for them to practising and speak English with you during the conversation.

Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 15mins from the city centre and only 5min drive from the airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus and grab car option using this stop

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
