+I am Fatin, i am living here with my husband but he rarely here as he works far. I have a medium room for guest to stay.
+Our place suitable for couple, solo traveler and business traveler especially for someone have a job at HUKM
+Our place near with newly opened MRT Taman Midah station
+New furniture in the room with high speed WIFI
+ You will stay with me, in medium room with bathroom outside(private), in the room we provided 11 inch Queen Mattress Bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV with Channels and wardrobe and side table.
+ Shared Living and Kitchen - Full Furnished with Dining table, Stove for cooking, fridge, washing machine, microwave, sofa, iron and free flow water filtered.
+Gym and Swimming pool on Ground Floor for free

+Taman Midah is located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur and less that 10 KM you can reach all the famous attraction in Kuala Lumpur ( KLCC, KL tower, Bukit Bintang, Pasar seni, Kampung Baru)
+Near with MRT Taman Midah station
+ Amenities are plenty and easily available here. Restaurants, bus stop, Taman Midah wet market, night market on Saturday, clinics, banks, convenience shops, surau, schools, Tesco within walking distance.
+HUKM hospital just beside our apartment and it is suitable for someone have a job or appointment here
+Here also located Taman Tasik Permaisuri 5km away from our house. Guest can have stroll out here for nice view lake. A lot of restaurant and hawker food also here.
+ 10km way from Tasik Bandar Selatan Main terminal here. Suitable for traveler to have a pleasant night sleep before continue to catch a train or bus here tomorrow
+Within 5 Km, guest can reach IKEA Cheras, and newly opened Sunway Velocity Mall

1) Please shoes off when entering this house, as we provided nice room slippers for guest
2) Please turn off the electricity and hot water when you are leaving this house
3) Strictly only Halal food here, no Pork and alcohol product
4) As this a residential area please do not make a loud sound on night
5) Use all things inside the house carefully, love it as yours
6) Do not smoking inside the house

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
