Our Sweet Garden De Village is situated at Taman Bertam Perdana, Pulau Gadong, Melaka. Based on Feels Like Home concept, this homestay features three bedrooms (with fully air conditioning), TV LED with Digital channel, cozy couch and traditional dining table, with kitchen and kitchenette. It surrounding offer calmness and privacy, and the area is gated and guarded with designated parking below the suite.
We welcome any customer that are looking for a short getaway, a tolerate adult family as this is a walkway home sweet home, considerate youngster and backpackers as this suite offers a stay for others as well.
We will be sharing the same house with the guests during their stays.

House Rules
1. In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise during their stay. All guest are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 6 am.
2. The following activities / consumptionare not allowed inside the homestay premises:
Durians, Smoking, Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia
No Pets are allowed during your stay in any of our accommodation.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony & patio area, any smoking inside the house/ apartment will result in penalty of RM200.
No shoes are allowed inside the house, a penalty of RM50 will be imposed for any shoe marks found on the floor.
3. Any illegal activities & vandalismin the common area will be reported to Police or authorized department.
4. Guest should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulation set by the Building Management, guests are kindly requested to read before using the facilities.
5. Swimming Pool
Guest are required to wear proper swimming attire
6. Homestay should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM50 will apply if units are left in a dirty and messy condition.
7. Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list.
8. The management will not be responsibility for any dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence.
9. Guests are requested to park their vehicle at the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
