Near market 28 a big place to buy anything you want (Money Exchange, Drug Store, Souvenirs, SuperMarket, Restaurants, banks); between 8 and 10 minutes distance to the buss stop that takes you to the Hotel Zone (Beaches), in the Buss is just 10 minutes that takes to arrive to the nearest beach, the airport is just 25 minutes driving distance.

Just Turn off all the light before you go out, no smoke inside the department, dont take the towels to the beach, dont bring unkown people to the residence that is not staying in the department and no noisy parties.

La ubicación es muy buena, a unos pasos del mercado 28, el Parque de la Palapas, la estación ADO y la avenida Tulúm para ir a la zona hoteles con la R-1. Fernando y Rosy son muy amable y es siempre fácil de communicantes con ellos por cualquier duda. Los habitaciones son independientes, muy limpias y cómodas. Me encantó que teníamos acceso a una cocina, era muy útil para no comer en restaurantes todos los días. Muchas gracias por recibirnos

Rosalinda and Fernando are incredible hosts. They are so friendly, helpful, and have beautiful, genuine hearts. Rosalinda has a high standard of cleanliness when preparing rooms, she even goes into the details of making sure the blender is dissembled and cleaned before each guest. I stayed in the room that shares a living space with their family, their kiddos are beautiful and incredibly sweet as well! My stay has been approximately a month long, it has been comfortable, spacious, and their family is so hospitable and caring. If you stay a while I’m sure you’ll leave adopting them as friends in your heart. I’ll definitely be missing our chats!

We loved our stay with Rosy and her family. They were very welcoming and helpful as we found our feet in Mexico and we appreciated the location near the ADO central bus station and close to stops for buses to the hotel zone and ferry ports. Our room was large and comfortable with a newly made en-suite bathroom. We had a fun and enjoyable stay with Fernando and Rosy.

Rosalinda and Fernando are very friendly Hosts. The room was spacious with even 2 Beda. Close to Mercado 28 a Tourist Spot.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
