Welcome to our oasis in the middle of Cancun.
We are a couple who love meeting new people from different countries, that's why we rent a room in our house. In addition to the comforts in the house and the room, we have swimming pools where you will enjoy an excellent atmosphere and you can forget about the heat.
We have an excellent location with Oxxos and restaurants very close, in addition to having the routes to the hotel zone right on the Corner.
The house has two levels. The living room, dining room, kitchen and patio are on the ground floor and the bedroom is located on the upper floor.
The room is equipped with air conditioning, two personal beds, television, closet and window facing the patio.
You will be able to use all the common areas of the house with complete confidence. In addition to enjoying the common areas of the residence (swimming pool, soccer field, grills)
During your stay we will help you with recommendations on where to go to eat, dance, shop, etc. You can count on us whenever you need it. We offer taxi service if you need it
We have two pets in our home. Tomás, an affectionate and playful dog and Lola, a quiet kitten who likes to sleep all day.

House Rules
Registration and Communication: All guests must register prior to arrival and provide accurate information on the number of people who will be staying. Clear and timely communication is essential for a smooth experience.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in and check-out times must be respected to allow for proper cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
Use of Facilities: Guests must use the house facilities with care and respect. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the guest.
Noise and Behavior Rules: Guests are expected to respect neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level at all times, especially during rest hours.
Pets: Please check with the host before booking with pets, as there are pets on the property and they must be friendly.
Additional Guests: Unregistered guests are not permitted unless otherwise agreed with the host. Additional fees may apply for additional people.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Guests must keep the accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition during their stay.
Respect for Property and Neighbors: Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors at all times. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Pool area:
Appropriate Clothing: Appropriate clothing is required to use the pool. The use of street clothing or shoes is not permitted within the pool area.
Cleanliness Maintenance: All users are expected to help maintain the cleanliness of the pool area. Waste should be disposed of in designated containers and the area kept free of trash. No glass bottles or glasses allowed in the area
Pets are not allowed: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
