Beautiful bright furnished room with a super comfortable full size bed, a desk and closet. It counts with a wooden floor just like the whole apartment.
In addition to the bedroom, you can access to the common areas, such as the two full bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
We are located in a very safe neighborhood of the city surrounded by green areas, recreational spaces and communication routes; you can also find all kinds of commercial establishments walking distance.

About the Area
The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a Local Market where you can find all kinds of fresh food and places to eat (good, nice and cheap), there are also beauty salons, restaurants, pizza places, pharmacies, super markets, etc.
All accessible on foot or five minutes by car.
The area is surrounded by universities, close to the Coyotes Zoo and the Navy Hospital. Just 5 minutes from UAM Xochimilco, twenty minutes from Tec de Monterrey, 25 minutes from ESCA Tepepan, 10 minutes from the IPN School of Engineering and Mechanics, etc.
You can also find shopping malls such as Galerías Coapa, cinemas, bookstores, bars, coffee shops, and parks near the area.

House Rules
We only have five rules in the house, these are very simple and are designed to maintain health and to promote an environment of respect and safety.
1. When we get home we wash our hands, and leave our masks on (as COVID remains).
2. We maintain order and cleanliness of the place.
3. We always close the door of the building and the apartment when leaving or entering. Never open the door to strangers.
4. We communicate to resolve any questions or circumstances.
5. Silence hours are from 11 at night to 7 in the morning.

Yoloxochitl was a warm and friendly face for us arriving after a long flight from London. She helped to feel at home and gave us advice about using transport. It was super helpful having the Metrobus at the end of the road and Yoloxochitl lent us a travel card ( which I forgot to return to you Yolo, so sorry, I got so used to having it in my back pocket!). The room was basic but comfortable and in a really nice block that was peaceful to return to at the end of a busy day. Very relaxed and comfortable, thank you!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
