We are located at the initial colony of Playa del Carmen, which was formed when I was just a fishing village, the house is surrounded by trees in extensive grounds, where freshness and tranquility. We have a dog named Bruce. A few blocks supermarket, laundry, greengrocers. Walking the beach you are reached in 20 minutes. The house has a large independent studio for guests, which has a kitchenette, private bathroom, wi-fi, an interior garden and terrace. Ideal for those who appreciate nature space. Has a separate entrance, the studio terrace connects to the garden. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining garden. Optional bicycles. You can organize one or two walks and typical Mexican or vegetarian dishes at additional cost. Your host is non-smoking.

About the Area
Our house is two blocks from one of the main avenues of the city. Avenida Juarez. A few blocks located greengrocers, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, supermarket, laundry. We are approximately 1.5 km from the beach, walking takes 15 to 20 minutes, there is the option to use bicycle, two blocks from the house pass transport that lead to different parts of the city for $ 5 pesos transiting to 11 of the night. The center takes 10 minutes or less in the truck. A taxi will charge $ 25 to $ 35 pesos depending on the time.

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
