The B & B Mom's House is located just 150 meters from the beach in Puerto Aventuras, 10 minutes walk from the marina and shopping area. It has a large garden and swimming pool. In the morning serves American breakfast included in the rate.
The rooms are modern and decorated with wooden furniture. Each has a mezzanine, private bathroom with free toiletries and furnished terrace overlooking the garden. They are air conditioned and include a wardrobe.
A 1 km there is a supermarket and 800 meters there are restaurants.
The B & B Mom's House also has a shared living area equipped with a dining table. It also has Wi-Fi. The owners, who live on site, rent bikes and yoga classes are offered at additional cost.
This is a 2-minute walk from a golf course. Xcaret is 12 minutes drive away and Playa del Carmen, 15 minutes by car. The Cancun International Airport is 1 hour drive.

B & B Mom's House is a true home has 2 bedrooms available for rent, one above and one below, the two bedrooms has colsets and a / c, the top, has two double beds, Mezzanin private bathroom, overlooking the street and jungle, the other is downstairs, bathroom aside bedroom has a double bed, overlooking the garden, pool and golf course.
Breakfast bar for 4, dining for 8, a / c in lounge and cozy room, television, satellite and DVD, wireless internet.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
