The home stay guest house is run by Ghimire Brothers (Raj and BJ) along with family who are working on Nepali tourism sector. We are 8 members in the family. Here live Krishna, the head of family with his wife Laxmi who have two sons named Bijaya (Bj) and Nabraj (Raj). The wife of Bijaya is Sangita and wife of Raj is Aakanshya. The two granddaughters of Krishna and Laxmi are Vipassana and Tun TUn.

About the Area
Be Here Now Guest House in centrally located in Kathmandu and very easy to get here.
Please locate us in map and follow the instructions. We are located in Banasthali, Kathmandu 15- One minute walk from Ajima cinema hall situated on the link road Banasthali chowk to Bhagaban Pau (foot hills of swoyambhunath stupa).
Getting to Be Here Now Guest House
1. Arriving from Airport. Take a taxi (about $5-$6) takes about 20 minutes- 50 minutes or so depending on traffic. The public bus can be found from ring road outer gate of airport. Ask the driver to drop you at Sano Bharyang and walk one minute inside of ringroad in ropeway marga.
Pleae give us your arrival details and we will be in airport for pickup.
2. Arriving from Thamel
Walk out of thamel from Hotel Manang and head to sorhakhute. You will see peoples dental college. From peoples dental college walk the ropeway marga towards new bridge crossing Bisnumati River .and after 1.4KM walk, you will see our house Be Here Now Guest House.The walking time takes 20-25 minutes. If you want to take a taxi, ask the driver to drop you in ajima hall which takes about 5-10 minutes. ($1.5 to 2$)
3. Always remember our number and call in 9841928192 or 9849294984 if you need pick up from airport or from Thamel or from final tourist bus stop.

House Rules
· Use left hand tab for Hot water . We use solar planes for heating water so advise you to take showers in the day time after 12 Pm to 7 PM to make sure you have enough hot water . & please consume less water while showers , cause there is a large scarcity of water in Kathmandu .
· Breakfast starts 7 :30 am to 9 am in the morning & served in the Rooftop of the building.
· There is free Drinking waters placed in each floors (both hot and cold ).
· How to Open TV ? use the thick remote to open the TV and go to source button and then click on AV in the monitor and use thin remote to have access among channels
· For any transfer, taxi , tours, flights , treks , hiking plz contact our tour section in ground floor next to Reception desk
· Please don't flush: Sanitary towels, tampons, paper towels, gum, old phones, unpaid bills, your ex's belongings, junk mail or your hopes and dreams Down this Toilet ! Please use the bins provided
· Worlds heritage sight Shyambunath is very close less than 10 min walking so you an always take advantage of walking there , but don’t feed monkeys and play with them .
· If you want to wear the Nepali Dress and take cultural Photos you can contact the reception Ladies can wear Sari and gentleman can wear Daura Surbal both authentic Nepalese dress
· If you want to learn cooking Nepali recipe with family plz contact the reception
· Occasionally you an wash your clothes in our washing machines /plz contact the reception
· Do not bring strangers in home , Plz respect the family privacy and try to keep peace.
· Feeling lazy to go out ? if you want to order some fancy Food from Foodmandu and need assistance to call them ? contact the reception
· In need of any info / problems/ plz consult the reception any time . we are 24 hours available in your service to make your stay comfortable with us .

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
