I am subletting a one bedroom, fully furnished studio in the heart of Kathmandu. No elevator, on the 4th floor. Very conveniently located on the busiest bridge connecting the two districts, Patan and Kathmandu. Close to commerces, public transport and easily accessible from all corners of the valley. High speed WIFI. The bedroom is quiet, airy, luminous with wood parquet floor. It has a new mattress, bedlinen, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, shelves and wardrobe. A gas heater for winters. It has a fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator & microwave, gas hobs, utensils, washing machine (common to the landlord in the building), a WC, a small shower. powerbackup, part-time cleaning lady twice a week and an in-house caretaker for the building and surveillance cameras in public area/staircase. Extremely safe for single expat ladies. Looking for a single lady or a couple. Rent 30K plus utility bills as per actual. Slightly negotiable if contract for more than six months. It is very conveniently located at the main bridge that connects the two districts of Kathmandu and Patan. It takes less than a minute to public transport, taxis and is very well connected to all parts of the city. I offer pickup and drop from the airport, friendly conversation and information about touristic places.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
