I live in a house of 3 storied. I live with my family Including parents, my wife and a little boy.
We live very close to theShivapuri national park where we quite often go for hiking or bird watching. Our house is in a quite peaceful area of kathmandu called Budanilakantha and the walking distance from the nearest bus park is 5 minutes.
We use two flats of the house and one of the flats in free for our guests. We have the access of both cold and hot water, wifi, standard kitchen and bathrooms. Our guests can use anythings we have in our flat thinking as if they are theirs with care. We have a motorbike and two motorcycles so they can use them too for traveling or sightseeing :)
The house is located on the top of a hill from where you have spectacular views of the mountains, jungle, the city and farm too. It has very close distance to the very famous Monastery called Kapan Monastery. Likewise, access to supermarket, ATM, GYM is convenient.

About the Area
Our house is located in one of the best residental area of Kathmandu. The region is called Budanilakantha and the name of the place where my house is called Sundarbasti, Bhangal. It is quite close to the Shivapuri National park and Kapan Monastery. It is located on the top of a small hill and we have spectacular views of mountains and jungle on one side and the city on the otherside. It has access to bus stop, ATM, Supermarket, etc.

Meals

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
