"Tanani Newa Home" is situated at Tanani Tole, Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur, one of the gate way to UNESCO World Heritage site"Patan Durbar Square" which is very popular for live culture show, sculptures, temples, art and architecture. Best cafes, restaurants,supermarkets, malls and hospitals are within 3-5 minutes walking distance. You are always invited to come and stay with us and take away wonderful memories living in Patan 'City of fine arts'.

About the Area
Tanani Chowk is area of dwellings of Newars. Thus there occurs many feast and festivals, bhajans (prayers in group) and many activities of our community which you may find interesting. We, maharjan family are waiting you to welcome in our house. Please come and stay in our house and feel the uniqueness of our locality.

House Rules
House Rule
1. Check-in time is 2 PM-10 PM and checks out time by 12 PM (noon);
2. No sleepovers;
3. Quiet hours 10 PM - 6 AM;
4. No outdoor shoes inside the house. Slipper that has been provided is requested to wear inside the home;
5. We kindly request our guest to be quiet, respectful and do not disturb
other tenants, and neighbors.;
6. We do not mind smoking but please do not smoke inside the room. We
welcome you to smoke on the rooftop Terrace/ Balcony and
7. We do not allow events.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
