My name is Champa, and I would be happy to welcome you to my house! I have 4 bedrooms to rent (food can be included). I would love to host anyone visiting Nepal and wanting to experience true Nepali life. I am a stay home mom. I have had a few Tourists stay at my place for a few days or a few months and we ended up becoming friends. I grew up here and have lived here my whole life, and I am willing to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for visiting.

Is your home in a quiet or lively neighbourhood? Yes, It is part a suburb, that is not too busy/noisy.
Are you near the sea, lakes, mountains or river? I am in the valley surrounded by mountains and near many historical temples.
Are there any tourist attractions nearby? yes, several historical sites, temples nearby and many hiking trails that lead to the foot of the mountains.
What kind of shops, cafés, bars are there? There are few cafes, local restaurants and food stalls within walking distance.
What other local amenities are close by? Gym, sports clubs, bars.
How is local transport? Bus or train station close by? Bus stop very close less that 1 min walk. Very easy to reach downtown Kathmandu, buses, micro-buses and rental cars/taxis available.

This is a family friendly, pet free home. I do not have too many rules. When you stay with me, you are family :)

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
